New Intake Registration Procedure

Thanks for showing interest in bring your ward(s) to Bishop James Yisa Memorial School. Below is the procedure on how to fill the form

1. A non refundable fee of N3000 to be paid using our secured online payment gateway.
2. One recent passport photography.
3. The medical report of fitness of your ward.
4. The last result sheet from your ward's last school attended
5. Date of birth certificate
6. Items 3, 4 and 5 are to be submitted together with the printout of the completed form
